We are confident that you will be very happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return any item we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange.
We do not offer free returns as we didn’t want to load the selling price to cover off the cost of returns. If however you item is faulty or we send you the incorrect item then we will refund your return postage cost.
This does not affect your statutory rights. All items can be returned for a full refund within 21 days. All goods returned must be in a new and unused condition and returned with the original proof of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for all return delivery costs.
- Returned items must be received within 21 working days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
- Return items received after 21 working days of delivery will not be refundable and will not be credited. Extended for Christmas
- Please note goods purchased online at Threadfin.co.uk cannot be returned to any other retailer.

- We recommend items should be returned via a tracked delivery service to ensure your item arrives at Threadfin
- Threadfin cannot accept responsibility for items that are not returned by a recorded delivery courier.
- Upon inspection of returned products Threadfin will issue a full refund to the payment method used for the purchase minus the original delivery charge.
- Any products deemed to be used will not be refunded.
- Please ensure you enclose your invoice or delivery note when returning any item.
